Nurses call to action, ferry plan and RCMP dog

The national nurses union say Canadian Health care needs big changes and they want nurses to be among those leading the change. We'll hear from the president.

The ferries corporation is hoping they can stop the decline in ridership. Many island residents aren't so optimistic. We talk to gulf islander and advisory committee chair Brian Hollingshead.

The Comox Valley RCMP has a brand new team member. His name is Archie, and he's Vancouver Island's first victim services therapy dog. We meet his handler.
