It's been hard to avoid the news of troubling allegations about sexual abuse in the Boy Scouts. And if you've heard the story, chances are your kids have too. Mike Boyes, child psychologist from the University of Calgary, discussees how to have a conversation with kids on this subject.When your child turns 19 it is normally a time of celebration for a family or parent. If your child is disabled, however, government responsibility will transfer from the Ministry of Children and Family to Community Living BC. Shelley McGarry from Quesnel BC explains.
