A healthy Chinese New Year

Michel Jodoin1.jpegThe Lunar New Year begins this month. It's a big celebration for a number of countries, but many of us think of it as Chinese New Year.

So for this week's food item, we're going to talk about Chinese food and how it can help you enjoy a healthy Year of the Snake and many new years to come.

Michel Jodoin wrote the cookbook Entre Fourchette et Baguettes , which won the award for Best Chinese Cookbook in the World last year in Paris. He's also an acupuncturist and dietician in Beloeil, one of the rare Westerners who has studied traditional Chinese medicine in China and Taiwan.
