Healthy meal planning for a new year
It's great to make healthy living one of your New Year's resolutions. But it would actually be better as a weekly resolution -- as in, "This weekend, I'm going to plan ahead to make healthy meals all week."
So to get our fridges and diets in order, we've called on Aimee Wimbush-Bourque. She's the editor of a food website devoted to keeping things simple for our families. It's called Simple Bites. She's also a trained chef and former caterer who now caters to a family of five. Aimee Wimbush-Bourque joins Elizabeth Robertson in-studio.
