Cookbook Club: Barry & Tracy test Fast Flavours

Fast Flavours cookbook.jpgThey've sliced, diced and sautéed for the last couple of weeks and now, they're here to give us the low-down.

All In A Weekend's Cookbook Club took on Chef Michael Smith's Fast Flavours.

Barry Hannah is from Dollard-des-Ormeaux and has three boys at home to cook for. Tracy Bieszez is the cooking instrcutor at Pierrefonds Comprehensive High School and tried out some of the recipes with her students.

From Sweet and Spicy Snowballs to fettucine with bacon carbonara, they've tested the recipes on some pretty willing subjects. Today, we get their verdict.
