New Year's Eve hors d'oeuvres with Derek Bocking

So you're hosting a New Year's Eve party. But after all the cooking and baking and entertaining over the last couple of weeks, you might be running out of ideas, not to mention energy. But don't worry! Our favorite cook Derek Bocking is here to help.

Derek is the man behind the food blog "Derek's Kitchen". He's also the sous-chef at the Montreal restaurant Ma Grosse Truie Chérie.

And more importantly, he's the guy we call when we're wondering how to feed 50 people at a New Year's Eve party without breaking a sweat.
