Celebrity cook Stefano Faita: preserving autumn

To help us answer it this weekend, we've invited in Stefano Faita.

He's the host of "In the Kitchen with Stefano Faita" on CBC TV and the author of three best-selling cookbooks. And at his Montreal cooking school Mezza Luna - and at home - he celebrates Italian cuisine.

Stefano says there are three vegetables that Italians preserve at this time of year - tomatoes, bell peppers and eggplant.

He spoke with Elizabeth Robertson about how they do that.
