Tobago's "dancing chef" at A Taste of the Caribbean
"A Taste of the Caribbean" is an annual day-long festival in Montreal, featuring dance, steel drum and calypso bands, award-winning rums and an all-you-can-eat buffet.
Chef Rebecca Nedd is one of five visiting chefs. She's from the tiny fishing village of Castara in Tobago. Rebecca is also the co-owner of Blue Mango Cottages in Tobago where she serves up local roots specialties at The Clay Kitchen Restaurant. She spoke with Sonali Karnick before Sunday's event at the Bonsecours Market.
