A healthier Super Bowl menu
It's Super Bowl weekend, and for a lot of us, that means fatty Super Bowl party food: chicken wings, nachos and maybe even some ribs. If the way you usually prep for the big game is to drill another hole in your belt, hold it right there. Caroline Paulhus is a writer for Radio-Canada's TV show L'Épicerie and she spoke with Sonali Karnick about ways to cut back on the bad stuff.
