A healthier Super Bowl menu

Superbowl - Bryan Chiu.jpgIt's Super Bowl weekend, and for a lot of us, that means fatty Super Bowl party food: chicken wings, nachos and maybe even some ribs. If the way you usually prep for the big game is to drill another hole in your belt, hold it right there. Caroline also talks about the long and even illustrious history of the preferred beverage for the big game: beer.
