Mo Rocca and "Electoral Dysfunction"
What does the U.S.A. have in common with Chechnya, Libya and Iran? Turns out none of them include the right to vote in their constitutions. The quagmire that is the U.S. electoral system is the subject of a new documentary called Electoral Dysfunction. It's playing this weekend at the Montreal World Film Festival.
Mo Rocca is a humourist and correspondent for CBS Sunday Morning and the NPR show "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me." He's the host of Electoral Dysfunction and-- just in time to make us feel really good about our own provincial election--he joined Sona to break down the muddy waters of voting in the United States.
