50 years of The Nutcracker at Place des Arts

This year Les Grand Ballets Canadiens is celebrating a special milestone.  It's the 50th anniversary of the now iconic ballet "The Nutcracker" at Place des Arts.  Created in 1964, the dance company's adaptation of the Hoffman tale has become a holiday tradition. 

To commemorate the anniversary, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens has invited cast members from the past 50 years to reunite.  One of them is the original Clara, from the 1964 production, Marie-Claude L'Ecuyer and this year's Clara is 11 year old Clara Corbo.  Both of them came together for the anniversary of the ballet.
