business: February 2013 Archives

The Next 36 is an elite entrepreneurship program for university students across the country. It brings together the best and brightest future businesspeople, and challenges them to build a company and a web application that solves a problem in a real-world industry.
And the stakes are high. The students present their finished ideas to actual investors who could help them launch the business.
On top of that, for part of the competition, they all have to live together!
Two Bishop's University students selected to be part of the Next 36 join Ainslie MacLellan this morning. Sandra Cinq-Mars is a fourth-year finance student, and Jarad Plato is a fourth-year health sciences and pre-med student.
