Louise Penny: The Long Way Home

The Long Way Back.JPG
Louise Penny's 10th mystery novel The Long Way Home will be launched this afternoon in the Townships.

Before she moves on to launches in Toronto and New York City, the New York Times best-selling author will be with the home crowd. The pre-launch takes place, as always, in Knowlton - this year at Centre Lac Brome. If you're a Louise Penny reader, you know that her Chief Inspector Gamache series is often set in a fictional version of the Townships, with its heart in the village of Three Pines. Chief Inspector Armand Gamache has solved quite a few murders near the village green!

In the new book, the Chief Inspector has retired from the Sûreté du Québec. But not from murder. Louise Penny is here to talk with summer host Pierre Landry about The Long Way Home.
