Well Stressed, the antidote to mammoth problems

Well Stressed by Sonia Lupien.jpgWe face stressful situations every day - at work, at home, our health, finances, heartbreak and global warming.

But stress by itself isn't necessarily a bad thing.

You just have to learn how to understand - and manage it.

That's the message of a new book by Dr Sonia Lupien titled Well Stressed: Manage Stress Before It Turns Toxic.

Dr Lupien is a psychiatry professor at the Université de Montréal and the founder and director of the Centre for Studies on Human Stress.

She shared her approach to handling stress with Sonali Karnick.
