Nuit Blanche: Redpath Museum at night

pharoah_head.JPGIn this half hour, our guest host Morgan Dunlop gets a tour of The Redpath Museum, shrouded in darkness, guided only by flashlight.

The Redpath's Science Outreach Administrator Ingrid Birker takes Morgan on a Flashlight Tour past the mummies of Egypt, the prehistoric dinosaurs, and the animals and minerals of Quebec.

These nighttime tours are part of Montreal's annual Nuit Blanche, which features more than 200 activities late into the night.  This is a very popular event and one that the whole family can enjoy (from 7pm to 1am).

If you're like more information, go to http://www.montrealenlumiere.com/nuit-blanche-en/ .

Also, the STM has organized free shuttle buses between some of the neighbourhoods featuring Nuit Blanche activities and the metro stays open all night: http://www.stm.info/en/offers-and-outings/events/nuit-blanche
