Marc-André Roy, Auberge Carcajou: Saguenay Adventure
The Montreal Highlights Festival - or Montréal en Lumière - begins this Thursday, with 11 days of fine dining, shows, and outdoor activities. This year, they're showcasing the gastronomy of Buenos Aires, Philadelphia, and back home, the Saguenay-Lac St-Jean region. We'll be celebrating the region's chefs and food producers on this show too - and you'll get the chance to win a holiday in the region with our Highlights-All in a Weekend Saguenay Adventure.
Over the next two weekends, you can call or write in to put your name in the draw for a vacation package to the region that includes a spa visit, skiing, and sled dogs.
Marc-André Roy put together this Saguenay adventure. He's the owner of the Auberge Carcajou in St-David-de-Falardeau, 20 minutes from the city of Saguenay. He tells Sonali Karnick more about it.
