Le Naked Lunch

web2009med.jpgLe Naked Lunch takes canned food to another level. Smoked meat made from duck breast or beef, shepherd's pie made with game meat and thai soup are just some of specialties from Le Naked Lunch. The company is based in Sainte-Sophie in the Laurentians.

It's the brainchild Dominque Lamontagne, Amélie Dion and Denis Noel who were sick and tired of working long, exhausting hours in their catering and restaurant business. The result was a refuge to the mountains and going back to comfort food with a modern and sometimes exotic twist.

Dominique Lamontagne is one of the people behind Le Naked Lunch and he spoke with Sonali Karnick.
