D is for Dinner: Beer-can chicken
It's full-on BBQ season now, so why not combine a sudsy brew with a nice grilled chicken? And why not throw that chicken into some tacos? That's what Algonquin College Food Services sous-chef Brendan Kobzan suggests. He and his colleagues are competing at the Canadian Culinary Federation of Ottawa's annual chef's competition this weekend, and beer-can chicken has been one of the recipes they've been considering.
