D is for Dinner: the pizza-making skills of grade 10s at Longfields-Davidson Heights
This week on D is for Dinner, we visited the grade 10 culinary arts class at Longfields-Davidson Heights secondary school, run by chef Kent van Dyk. They're gearing up for their annual "Food for Thought" fundraiser, where they, under the direction of a several local chefs, prepare a pretty fancy meal to benefit the Parkdale Food Centre.
