D is for Prairie Dinner
While there might be bison in the lobby of the NAC right now, there are other animals on the minds of chefs in the NAC kitchen. That's because as part of Prairie Scene this week, two rising star chefs from Winnipeg and Saskatoon dished up a real taste of the Prairies,
with a live cooking demonstration in the Salon. And Alan had a chance to stop by the kitchen to see how the two were preparing. Dan Walker is the executive chef of Saskatoon hotspot Weczeria Food & Wine, and Alex Svenne is from Winnipeg's Bistro 7 1/4.
