Soy Nut Butter Balls

Ingredients

Soy Nut Butter (you can use Soy Butter or Almond Butter as an alternative)
Grounded Flax Seed (it's best to grind it yourself)
Brown Rice Crispy Cereal
70-86% Cacao Dark Chocolate (100g)
Honey or Agave

Directions

In a large bowl mix 1 cup of Soy Nut Butter, 1 cup of Ground Flax seeds and 1 cup of Whole Grain Brown Crispy Rice Cereal (i.e. Nature's Path), 1/3 cup of Honey or Agave. Mix together and roll into balls (size about 1 TBSP)....

While mixing the previous ingredients, heat up your chocolate in a pan in a double boiler. When the chocolate is melted, take a spoon or a fork, dip and roll the ball in, then remove it and put it on a sheet of waxed paper. Place the tray in the freezer for one hour. Remove from freezer and store them in a large zip lock bag in the refrigerator.

Almond Balls

Ingredients

Organic Natural Peanut Butter (you can use Soy Butter or Almond Butter as an alternative)
Almond Butter
Grounded Flax Seed (it's best to grind it yourself)
Pumpkin Seeds
Agave

Directions

In a large bowl mix 1/3 cup of Peanut Butter, 3/4 cup of Almond Butter, 1/2 cup of Grounded Flax seeds, 1/2 cup of ground Pumpkin Seeds and 1/3 cup of Agave. Roll into balls about 1TBSP in size and put it on a sheet of waxed paper. Once all the balls fill up the tray - put it in the freezer for one hour. Remove from freezer and store in a large zip lock bag in the refrigerator.

Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

Organic Natural Peanut Butter (you can use Soy Butter or Almond Butter as an alternative)
Grounded Flax Seed (it's best to grind it yourself)

In a large bowl mix 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of Grounded Flax seeds and 1 cup of Whole Grain Brown Crispy Rice (Cereal but Nature's Path). Mix together and roll into balls (size:1 TBSP).

For those of you who have a sweet tooth and need them sweetened up a bit - try adding 1/3 cup of Honey, Molasses or Agave. You may add a bit more flax so that they can roll easily, otherwise they become too sticky.
