Peter Hume steps away from politics

hume.jpgMunicipal election signs will begin to pop up on people's lawns starting later this week. But as we found out on Friday, one candidate we won't be seeing on the campaign trail is Peter Hume. The long-time city councillor annouced that he will not be running for re-election. After 23 years on council and over a decade working with the Planning Committee, Hume wants to focus on his family and non-work life. He joined us to explain why.
