Senate weighs in on Fair Elections Act

The Fair Elections Act has been controversial from the beginning in the House of Commons. And it's proven controversial in the Senate as well. A Senate committee is recommending substantial changes to the act in a new report. Giacomo Panico spoke with Conservative Senator Linda Frum, a member of that committee.
