Andrew WK spreads the gospel of party

andrew WK.jpgReleased in 2001, but still the soundtrack to many a college party, "Party Hard" is what first made Andrew W-K a household name, and a pop-culture embodiment of the term "life of the party." But there's a lot more to Andrew Fetterly Wilkes-Krier than his dirty white jeans and nosebleeds.

For example: did you know that for a while, he was the US Cultural Ambassador to Bahrain?
Or that he holds the world record for "Longest Drum Session in a Retail Store?"....24 hours! In his varied pursuits, there's been one common theme -- promoting positivity, and a sense of celebration -- and tonight, Andrew WK is bringing his party to Mavericks. He joined us first in studio.
