E-petitions: Not just for deporting celebrity bad boys

A petition on the "We The People" website has attracted so many signatures, the White House will be forced to officially respond to a demand that Justin Bieber be deported. But NDP MP Kennedy Stewart says e-petitions can be put to much more noble uses. His private member's motion to bring them to Canada's Parliament passed this week by just a couple of votes. He spoke with Alan about his campaign
