Gatineau chef wins Gold Medal Plates

The owner of Chez Edgar, a tiny restaurant in Gatineau, has just won a place at the Canadian Culinary Championships table. Marysol Foucault told Alan all about how she pulled off her foodie feat with the help of some brown butter rabbit liver mousse.
