Innovative farmers and brewer win Premier's Award

Roots and Shoots Farm grows greens in the winter without a heated greenhouse. During maple syrup season, Cassel Brewery Company makes beer with sap instead of water. Castor River Farm specializes in gluten-free grains. All three of these Eastern Ontario producers just picked up Premier's Awards for their agri-food innovations. Alan Neal caught up with the trio.
