Dining like it's 1812

This weekend in Spencerville, they'll be dining, dueling and dancing like it's 1812.  The annual Heritage Fair will highlight and re-enact what life was like during the Regency period. 

On Sunday, Marc Meltonville will give a cooking workshop involving regency recipes and customs. He's a Royal Palace food historian who's posted at Hampton Court Palace in the UK. He dropped by the studio to talk with Alan after a grocery run for ingredients.
