Team Homan brings home the bronze
Canada's bronze medal-winning women's curling team is back in Ottawa. The Rachel Homan rink touched down late last night. The team was returning from Latvia, where they were among the favourites to win the 2013 world championships.
Unfortunately it didn't turn out that way; they lost a heartbreaker, 8-7, to Scotland in the semi-finals. But they did rebound to win bronze -- a big accomplishment for a rink making its debut at the worlds. Lisa Weagle throws lead rocks for the team, and Alison Kreviazuk is the second, and they joined us in studio to show off their medal.
