Magnetic polar bears at Winterlude

If you stroll through Confederation Park during the day, you'll see inflatable snow-cones, and ice drops made of fabric and steel.
But once the sun goes down, light-play takes over the installations in that area, for IllumiNation -- Winterlude's outdoor light art gallery. It features the work of seven Canadian artists, including Tonya Hart. You might remember her neon wolf pack that glowed in infra-red colours at the park last year. It seems 2013 is the Year of the Polar Bear -- and fittingly, it's the animal Tonya is featuring in her work this time around.
