Is the teachers' "pause" on extracurricular activities unlawful?

 No sports teams, cancelled field trips...
 Months without extracurriculars have taken their toll on students in Ontario....
 That's even though this week, the Ontario government repealed Bill 115 - the controversial act allowing them to impose new contracts... and that's caused teacher to fight back with rotating strikes and that pause on after-school activities.
 One school board in this area is sick of that pause.
 The Upper Canada District School Board is taking the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario to the provincial labour board on Friday over this issue.
 Greg Pietersma is the chair of the Upper Canada District School Board.
He spoke to Alan on Wednesday.
