Bill 119: Cash grab or necessary to employee safety?

The provincial bill 119 came into effect on January 1st, and it requires construction companies to get coverage for both employers and employees under the WSIB. That requirement isn't sitting well with companies, who say it's an unnecessary cash grab. To explore both sides of the issue, we were joined by Juliette Forgues from the company Les Fondations Brisson Inc, and Ontario Minister of Labour Linda Jeffrey.
