Chelsea Kisil's song for youth mental health

honeybaby.JPGYou're lucky if you can find a teenager who's willing to show off his or her bedroom-written tunes, let alone sell one online to benefit a local charity. But one Ottawa teen is doing just that.

 

This summer, 14-year-old Chelsea Kisil made her song "Honey Doll" available for download. In the next year, she hopes to make $100,000 in proceeds -- all of which will go towards youth mental health, with the organization Do It For Daron. Chelsea joined us to explain her inspiration.
