Cathy Curry resigns from the school board

Yesterday, we celebrated the last day of school by hosting our first Play Day on the Sparks Street Mall. And today, kids everywhere are basking in their first day of summer holidays.

 

One Ottawa-Carleton District School Board trustee will have a lot more time to spend with her own children this summer -- that's because today she announced that she is stepping down from the board. Cathy Curry has been a school board trustee for the past six years. She spoke to us about her decision to resign.
