An egg-cracking world record

Ottawa chef Corey Perras is used to cracking under pressure. Eggs, that is. Corey works at the Broadway Bar & Grill in Barrhaven, and on weekends he's in charge of the eggs for over a thousand breakfasts.

 

Well, today he took his egg-cracking to the next level...Corey just set the Guinness World Record for most eggs cracked in one hour with one hand! We phoned him up to quiz him about his technique.
