Fringe Fest theme #1: Film Noir

The Ottawa Fringe Festival is on now, and we've been trolling the lineup for some common themes among the many varied productions. And we've managed to group a few together.

 

First up: film noir. The genre can be found among 3 Fringe productions: Space Mystery from Outer Space, Dirk Darrow: NCSSI, and Fallen: the Book of Samael. Mike Doiron and Tim Motley from the first two productions joined us to talk about why they decided to don fedoras (if only metaphorically) in their shows.
