Crowdfunding critic

    We've been talking this week on the show about crowdfunding, the practice of soliciting funds online from large numbers of people for a charity or a business venture. Business groups including the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance say Canada should loosen the rules around crowdfunding to match changes to the law in the United States. But that law has its critics. Alan spoke with Antone Johnson, a lawyer in the U.S. with big concerns about crowdfunding.
