Kingston Penitentiary To Clang Shut After 177 Years

Canada's oldest penitentiary is closing after a big cut to Correctional Services in the recent federal budget. Public Safety Minister Vic Toews says it's good news for taxpayers and prison workers, but reaction from the wider community is mixed.
