Safe injection sites in Ottawa: a drug-rehab program perspective

Ottawa's drug addicts should have access to a safe drug injection site -- at least, that's what two Toronto researchers concluded in a study released this morning. The study was commissioned by the Toronto Drug Strategy, which is part of Toronto Public Health. It recommended that Ottawa get twosuch facilities, and Toronto get three.
