Who the heck is Wilbur Sargunaraj? If you believe his own hype, he's no less than "India's first Youtube" star, and he boasts thousands of followers on Facebook for his, well, exuberant videos.

Lucky for us, Wilbur has turned his attention to Ottawa, with a video shot during the heart of Winterlude and featuring all the important touchpoints of a capital winter -- including Beavertails and a skate on the canal.
