Yukon food producers learn from the best
To celebrate their 20th anniversary, Toronto-based Ace Bakery launched an effort to identify the next wave of artisan food producers in Canada.
A call went out across the country to find small-scale food producers who wanted to learn how to grow their business without sacrificing quality.
Two producers from the Dawson area, David Curtis and Berwyn Larsen, made the grade.
