Two paths for natural resource development

The Macdonald-Laurier Institute has published two papers that lay out different scenarios for natural resource development in Canada; one outlines an optimistic vision that sees aboriginal and non-aboriginal communities co-operating on the development.

The other scenario suggests that a wrong decision could lead to an uprising among Canada's growing young aboriginal population.
