CRTC weighing public opinion on wireless service

The CRTC, Canada's national telecom regulator, is holding public hearings on a proposed wireless code of conduct, something all wireless providers would have to honour if it becomes law.

One of the goals is to make cell phone contracts more straightforward and easier to understand.
