Backyard chicken debate heats up in Kenai

Alaska's Kenai Peninsula is home to a lot of people who like to to things their own way, live independently and look after themselves, the kind of people who like to raise their own food.

The Kenai is also home to a lot of bears, who like to eat food whenever and wherever they find it.

Which means the borough's backyard chicken debate has a few wrinkles.
