Public asks for trail network expansion

The City of Whitehorse has been asked to consider the construction of a walking trail for visually impaired people, located near the Whtiehorse General Hospital.

The suggestion came as part of the public input process into the city's capital budget.

Martin Courcelles thinks it's a good idea. He works with the Canadian National Institute For the Blind in Toronto, and is an avid runner and cross-country skier.
