Lance Armstrong's "apology" falls flat

It made for good television, but when it comes to rehabilitating a reputation in tatters, Lance Armstrong's apology didn't get the job done.

The disgraced cyclist appeared on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network in an attempt to come clean on reports he fueled his career through the use of banned drugs.

Airplay's pop culture expert Kim Linekin watched closely, and was not impressed.
