Southern states could learn from Alaska

Among the many things Americans voted on during the recent election, two states opted to decriminalize marijuana.

But even though voters in Washington and Colorado have voted to make pot legal, federal laws prohibit the plant.

It's a strange legal road that has already been traveled in Alaska.
