Outbreak linked to contaminated steroids

American health officials have traced a deadly outbreak of meningitis to a specialty pharmacy in New England.

The outbreak has killed 23 people and infected more than 280, and has been linked to contaminated bottles of medicinal steroids, and there are concerns some of the product may have made its way to Canada.
