Politicians debate national anti-bullying idea

The suicide of a young girl in British Columbia has prompted debate at the highest poltical levels in Canada.

Politicians in Ottawa are debating the need for a national anti-bullying strategy after 15-year-old Amanda Todd killed herself rather than face another day of torment.
